98% of all cowhides have natural flaws and branding marks, which add to their character, but we strive to carry hides with very minimal or no scarring, patches, seams, etc.
Cleaning and Care Instructions:
Cowhides are very easily maintained and require minimal care. We recommend occasionally shaking your cowhide outside to rid of dust and dirt but high traffic areas may require vacuuming and/ or to be cleaned with simple soap and water (do not soak through)...This is all your cowhide should ever need. Do not be concerned with damaging your hide due to the fact properly tanned cowhides are practically indestructible, and their natural oils resist staining. Please note with proper care your cowhide should last a lifetime.
